The Valley is under a Wind Advisory through 7am tomorrow:

Winds will continue to be breezy, with south winds of 20 to 30 mph and occational gusts as high as 45 mph early tomorrow through mid-morning.

The front is stalled offshore so pockets of heavy rain are expected on and off through tonight and tomorrow. So far, almost an inch of rain has fallen around Eugene/Springfield and we may see an additional half an inch or more.

With this much rain in 72 hours, small streams will have to be watched for potential flooding.

The next storm doesn’t move in until Thanksgiving night. This one is a bit weaker than the previous, but will bring in showers for Thursday night and Friday morning.
